Taxes

I'd like to set the tax rate for products based on the customer's location.

If they are in Canada, I'd like the tax rate based on their Province, if they are outside of Canada, I'd like to have zero tax rate.

While this is a required tax obligation for businesses in Canada, this feature could be useful for other countries as well.
