Scroll animation

Ability to upload a 3d model, and edit its scrolling behavior, e.g. you scroll down the page then the model rotates, etc. Such a thing is often used by Apple on their sites. I think that with this webwave will be a really professional tool for pages. No one has it yet, not in Poland.
