Visual refresh of the wizard

It would be nice if the webwave didn't look like from 9 years ago, the text editor should be repaired and visually changed, the repair and more of an update is needed for the media library on the site, sometimes it stutters and functions don't always work as they should, more smooth animations in the wizard, this is just my opinion.
