The ability to overwrite and update files in the media library (while retaining the same URL)

Currently, every time a file (e.g., a PDF) is uploaded, a new, unique filename and URL are generated. This prevents documents from being updated quickly, and any changes to the file force the user to manually edit all linked URLs and buttons throughout the site. :(
