Registration form for training participants

We have created a form for participants to sign up for training sessions. When someone fills out the form and sends it to us, it arrives in an Outlook MS 365 inbox. The "From" field currently shows the email address webwave@webwavecms.com, but we would like to see the customer's email address instead.
Please help me resolve this issue.
