Ability to schedule in-store pickup date during checkout

Allow customers to select a specific pickup date when placing an order for in-store pickup. This is especially useful for bakeries and similar businesses where customers order in advance (e.g. ordering a cake or seasonal product to pick up on a chosen date).

The date selector should be visible during checkout and required for orders with local pickup. Optionally, the business could set available pickup days/hours.

This would greatly improve the customer experience and operational planning for local stores. Thank you
